This is how we perform our procedures on new clients:

When you get in our studio we will clean and sanitize your brows area, apply numbing cream and cover with plastic wrap.
While the numbing cream acts, we will have 35 minutes to perform a very informative consultation, including healing process, post procedure care instructions, pictures. We will answer all your inquiries and advice regarding color and techniques. We will also schedule your next appt if needed.
After filling all paperwork, we will make a custom sketch of brows with regular makeup respecting your features, bone structure and ethnicity. Upon your approval on shape and color we will go ahead and follow what you see.
Process shall be very doable, we keep numbing our clients during the whole session. Keep in mind all eyebrows will fade significantly in 6-8 weeks, that’s why we need to perform a second treatment to be sure it will look perfect at the end of the process. Our fees include both treatments to reassure you have the desired outcome.

$50 booking fee is NO-REFUNDABLE, no exceptions.

Keep in mind that we don’t do walk-ins and we work just by appointment due to the nature and length of our procedures. If you need to cancel, please do at least 48h notice by texting 615.663.1066 so we can give the spot to another client, reschedule your appt and prevent you from losing your booking fee. No-shows and cancellations (last minute or not) hurt our business tremendously, so the $50 booking fee you are entering on in order to schedule your appt with us is no-refundable but can be used if the appointment is rescheduled in more than 48h prior (rescheduling can be done online using the link at the bottom on the confirmation email). Rescheduling is allowed twice in a lifetime. We appreciate your cooperation.

The $50 deposit is a small fee that covers the 30 minutes consultation included in the procedure in case you are a new client. If the client decides NOT to have the procedure done but still comes to our office for the consultation, NO refund will be issued. When you come to the office to have your procedure done, the $50 deposit will be applied towards the procedure balance.
